Data Deletion Instructions

Diese Seite beschreibt, wie du Daten löschen lassen kannst, die wir im Zusammenhang mit unserer Meta-App „Partner KI“ (App-ID: 2459115181269312) über die Meta Graph API verarbeiten.

This page describes how you can have data deleted that we process via the Meta Graph API in connection with our Meta app "Partner KI" (App ID: 2459115181269312).

Welche Daten gespeichert sein können

Which data may be stored

Im Rahmen der Nutzung unserer Meta-App werden folgende Daten verarbeitet:

The following data is processed in the course of using our Meta app:

• Facebook-Nutzer-ID
• Facebook-Page-IDs der verbundenen Seiten
• Instagram Business Account-IDs
• Access Tokens (kurz- und langlebige)
• Profilbild und Anzeigename des verbundenen Accounts
• Metadaten zu veröffentlichten Posts (Caption, Veröffentlichungszeit, Medien-URLs, Post-IDs)

• Facebook user ID
• Facebook page IDs of the connected pages
• Instagram Business account IDs
• Access tokens (short-lived and long-lived)
• Profile picture and display name of the connected account
• Metadata on published posts (caption, publication time, media URLs, post IDs)

Option 1: App-Verbindung in den Facebook-Einstellungen widerrufen (empfohlen)

Option 1: Revoke the app connection in your Facebook settings (recommended)

Du kannst die Verbindung zu unserer App jederzeit selbst aufheben:

You can remove the connection to our app yourself at any time:

• Öffne https://www.facebook.com/settings?tab=business_tools
• Suche in der Liste die App „Partner KI“
• Klicke auf „Entfernen“
• Bestätige die Entfernung

• Open https://www.facebook.com/settings?tab=business_tools
• Find the app "Partner KI" in the list
• Click on "Remove"
• Confirm the removal

Sobald die App entfernt wurde, erhalten wir eine automatische Benachrichtigung von Meta und löschen alle zugehörigen Daten innerhalb von 30 Tagen vollständig aus unseren Systemen.

As soon as the app has been removed, we receive an automatic notification from Meta and delete all associated data completely from our systems within 30 days.

Bitte gib in der E-Mail folgende Informationen an:

• Betreff: „Datenlöschungsantrag Partner KI App“
• Dein Facebook-Anzeigename
• Deine Facebook-User-ID (falls bekannt) ODER der mit der App verbundene Instagram-Username
• Eine Bestätigung, dass du der Inhaber des Accounts bist

• Subject: „Datenlöschungsantrag Partner KI App“ (data deletion request Partner KI app)
• Your Facebook display name
• Your Facebook user ID (if known) OR the Instagram username connected to the app
• A confirmation that you are the owner of the account

Wir bestätigen den Eingang innerhalb von 72 Stunden und löschen die Daten innerhalb von 30 Tagen vollständig. Du erhältst eine schriftliche Bestätigung der Löschung per E-Mail.

We confirm receipt within 72 hours and delete the data completely within 30 days. You will receive written confirmation of the deletion by e-mail.

Bei einer Datenlöschungsanforderung löschen wir vollständig:

Upon a data deletion request we completely delete:

• Alle Access Tokens
• Alle gespeicherten Account-IDs und Profilinformationen
• Alle Metadaten zu Posts, die im Zusammenhang mit deinem Account stehen
• Alle Logs und Backups, soweit dies technisch zumutbar ist und keine gesetzlichen Aufbewahrungspflichten entgegenstehen

• All access tokens
• All stored account IDs and profile information
• All metadata on posts associated with your account
• All logs and backups, insofar as this is technically reasonable and no statutory retention obligations conflict with it

Gesetzliche Aufbewahrungspflichten

Statutory retention obligations

In bestimmten Fällen können wir aufgrund gesetzlicher Vorgaben (z. B. handels- und steuerrechtliche Aufbewahrungsfristen nach HGB und AO) verpflichtet sein, einzelne Datensätze über die 30-Tage-Frist hinaus aufzubewahren. In diesem Fall werden die Daten gesperrt und nicht weiter verarbeitet.

In certain cases we may be obliged, due to statutory requirements (e.g. commercial and tax law retention periods under HGB (German Commercial Code) and AO (German Fiscal Code)), to retain individual data records beyond the 30-day period. In this case the data is blocked and not processed further.
